Jason Pryde – Chief Executive Officer
Jason is an extremely experienced manager with over fourteen years’ senior management experience throughout the mining, construction and oil and gas industries. Having overseen numerous projects across a range of both national and international companies, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the leadership and management of strategic planning, improving operational and financial performance, team building, growth and sustainability.
Gary Credaro – Chief Financial Officer
Gary is an skilled, self-motivated and resourceful financial manager with a proven ability to provide key financial data, support and reporting to meet statutory and AASB requirements. As Chief Financial Officer, Gary performs both financial modelling and analysis reporting and oversees the accounts and finance teams. Gary also is responsible for the internal information technology systems engaged by Tasman Rope Access. Gary holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Brendan Halstead – General Manager
Brendan has over twelve years’ experience in operations, ranging from estimating, planning, execution and commissioning of both small and large projects across Australia. Brendan acts as the Tasman Rope Access General Manager; ensuring projects and shutdown works are completed on-time, within budget and with no incidents or injury to our personnel.
Liam O’Connor – Group Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager
Liam is experienced in business and strategic operations development, occupational health and safety, incident investigation, risk management, emergency response, quality assurance, human resources and contractual compliance sectors. This experience has included exposure to national and international works in mining, construction, oil and gas, defence, engineering and commercial projects. Liam is post-graduate qualified in law, compliance, business, ethics and occupational health and safety. In addition, he is currently completing an Executive Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Masters in Laws.
