Tasman has won the inaugural National Diversity and Inclusion Program of the Year for 2018 from the Safety Institute of Australia (SIA).

This has been awarded not only due to our work through With You With Me with Australian Defence Force Veterans (ADF Veterans), but also our environmental impact reduction program with the solar panel initiative, indigenous engagement, on-going community/diversity support and other sectors of the program.

Tasman is scheduled to receive the award during the Victorian Safety Symposium in Melbourne in late November. We’re also going to be featured in the December issue of the national ‘OHS Professional’ (View publication releases here and here).

In addition to the above, Tasman will be providing a keynote speech at the SIA’s National Convention in Sydney in May of 2019 and varying others SIA Conferences and Panel Discussions on how a company or a board and senior management can meet diversity requirements whilst continuing to improve WHS and risk management measures.
